Biomedical Models
For over 30 years, Biomedical Models has been the premier source for the highest quality anatomical, zoological and botanical models. Our anatomy models, animal anatomy models and plant models are found in colleges, universities, professional schools, hospitals and a wide range of other health, scientific, teaching and research institutions across the United States and other parts of the world.
The Problem:
The problems with the old website were numerous. It wasn’t mobile friendly and it was old-school HTML, making it a pain to update. In addition, they had a massive online catalog that was majorly outdated and needed to be updated in a big way.
The solution:
WordPress was an excellent and robust solution for Biomedical Models. I used WooCommerce to create a brand new catalog and imported their updated catalog via CSV. Once imported, the product pages needed to be checked and organized so that they would appear in search results properly.
