Mighty Musky
Josh Stevenson is a professional fishing guide in Minnesota. He is a United States Coast Guard (USCG) Licensed Captain and has guided professionally for over 25 years. In addition to musky fishing, he also enjoys guiding for walleye, bass and northern pike. In the winter, Josh can be found guiding ice fishing outings in the Twin Cities as well.
The Problem:
Josh wanted a site that was easy to update and hassle free. His main goal was to increase fishing guide bookings and to be able to take payments on location using his smartphone. The old website was slow and difficult to maintain, so he definitely wanted something slick and fast.
The solution:
I created a website for Josh in WordPress using the Divi theme. I also trained his wife, Laura, to make updates with new pictures and videos on a regular basis. The new WordPress site is geared towards increasing fishing guide bookings, so we integrated a booking system that allows Josh to manage bookings and payments lake-side using just his phone.
